Northeast Occupational Exchange, Inc. is a nationally recognized, licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling and Community Support Agency serving adults, children, and adolescents, emphasizing evidence-based interventions. NOE offers a dynamic range of services provided by qualified individuals to help people achieve higher adjustment and live more productive lives. NOE’s method of practice is utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Our licensed staff are trained in this technique.
Access to any of our services is QUICK and EASY. It starts with scheduling an intake appointment. An intake appointment is what we call the first appointment here at NOE.
